Due to the personalized nature of our products all orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days. If you order one of our standard cutting boards with no personalization your order will likely ship in 2-3 business days.

Our kids name signs usually ship within 7-10 business days.

Yes. Tracking information will be provided and emailed to you as soon as your order ships from our warehouse.

At Red Mile Designs we do our best to package and ship every order as carefully as possible. Unfortunately damages can occur during the transportation process. If your package arrives damaged please email us a cs@redmiledesigns.com with a picture of the damage and we will have a replacement sent out ASAP!
